S4S 8 Hour Guard Course (On-Line) Description Information S4S 8 Hour Guard Course (On-Line) This course meets HRS §463-10.5(c) and (d) requirements for guard registration, training, testing, and continuing education for renewal. The exam consists of 100 true/false and multiple-choice questions to assess knowledge and competency. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.

S4S Instructor Instructor Development Program Description Information S4S Instructor Instructor Development Program The S4S Instructor Development Program is a three (3) day, in-person program that certifies individuals to teach the initial 8-hour guard training in accordance with HRS §463-10.5. It provides in-depth instruction on applicable laws while integrating instructional methods grounded in human performance and learning science. Designed to elevate professional standards, the program equips instructors with practical, compliant, and performance-based training strategies and skills, while allowing them the flexibility to set their own student pricing.
