License to Carry (Qualification; Civilian & Guard)
This qualification follows the requirements set by the Rules of the Chief of Police (Title 21, Chapter 15) and HRS §134-9 for a License to Carry a Firearm. THIS IS NOT A BASIC SKILLS CLASS. Students are expected to already have the training necessary to safely meet qualification standards. Proof of prior firearms training is required, or you must pass a pre-skills safety test; those who cannot meet safety and skill requirements may be removed from training.
