FHH Private Class ACLS Initial Description Information FHH Private Class ACLS Initial Initially, approximately a 14-16 hour course designed for healthcare providers who direct or participate in the advanced life support resuscitation of a patient, in or out of the hospital. Course work focuses on the identification and treatment of medical conditions contributing to cardiac arrest; treatment choices for arrest and peri-arrest patients; BLS adult CPR techniques; recognition of algorithms; interpretation of arrhythmias and appropriate ACLS drug therapy. AHA Adult/Child/Infant CPR AED Description Information AHA Adult/Child/Infant CPR AED Approximately a 3-4 hour comprehensive course designed to teach members of the general public correct CPR techniques for use on adults, children and infants ages 0 – 12 months. The course also covers use of an AED (automated external defibrillator) as an important part of the CPR sequence for adults, children and infants.
