AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ACLS New & Renewal
The ACLS provider course is for NEW & RENEWAL. It provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate manage the first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia (VF/VT) arrest, Tachycardia, Bradycardia and Post Cardiac Arrest Care. Providers are expected to complete the Pre-Course videos and self-assessment exam. Providers are expected to come prepared with knowledge from the pre-course work and manage core ACLS cases: cardiac arrest (VF/VT, PEA and asystole), and pre-arrest emergencies (bradycardia, stable and unstable tachycardias, and acute coronary syndromes)
