Emergency Vehicle Operators Course Part 1 and 2 Description Information Emergency Vehicle Operators Course Part 1 and 2 The Emergency Vehicle Operator's Course is a 16-hour education program. Students will need to complete both days of the course for completion. Students will receive a 16-hour VFIS EVOC certificate upon successful completion of the course.
