Heartsaver CPR/AED
Heartsaver® CPR AED is a CPR course for "non-licensed" staff who need a course completion card. It is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.

Description
Emergency Pediatric Care (EPC) for EMS
The 16-Hour Emergency Pediatric Care (EPC) Provider course focuses on critical pediatric physiology, illnesses, injuries and interventions to help EMS practitioners provide the best treatment for sick and injured children in the field. The course stresses critical thinking skills to help practitioners make the best decisions for their young patients.
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of completion, a wallet card recognizing them as EPC providers for 4 years, and 16 hours of CAPCE credit.

BLS Instructor Course
The BLS instructor Course is taught in a blended learning format. Prior to attending (day 2) the in-class portion, there is a rigorous screening process (day 1) which includes: scoring a 92% or better on the written exam with NO option for remediation AND expert level demonstration of BLS provider skills. AHA BLS successful instructor candidates will receive information on how to complete the online portions for BLS, attend Day 2 conducted by BLS Training Center Faculty and must then be successfully monitored by BLS TC Faculty within 3 months to receive their AHA BLS Instructor Card.

Heartsaver CPR/AED
Heartsaver® CPR AED is a CPR course for "non-licensed" staff who need a course completion card. It is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. Geared towards ALS providers; RN, MD, DO, PA, NP, MICP, MICN

The ACLS provider course provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate manage the first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia (VF/VT) arrest. Providers are expected to learn to manage 10 core ACLS cases: a respiratory emergency, four types of cardiac arrest (simple VF/VT, complex VF/VT, PEA and asystole), four types of pre-arrest emergencies (bradycardia, stable tachycardia, unstable tachycardia and acute coronary syndromes) and stroke. Geared towards ALS providers; RN, MD, DO, PA, NP, MICP, MICN
