BLS Instructor Course Description BLS Instructor Course The BLS instructor Course is taught in a blended learning format. Prior to attending (day 2) the in-class portion, there is a rigorous screening process (day 1) which includes: scoring a 92% or better on the written exam with NO option for remediation AND expert level demonstration of BLS provider skills. AHA BLS successful instructor candidates will receive information on how to complete the online portions for BLS, attend Day 2 conducted by BLS Training Center Faculty and must then be successfully monitored by BLS TC Faculty within 3 months to receive their AHA BLS Instructor Card.
