Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Description Information Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) The second edition of NAEMT`s Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course teaches EMS practitioners and other prehospital providers how to respond to and care for patients in a civilian tactical environment. It is strictly a medical training course and does not include tactical training or weapons handling. You must attend both days and after successful course completion, you will be issued an official NAEMT TECC provider card.
