NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care LEO
TECC for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders (TECC-LEO): An 8-hour classroom course specifically designed for law enforcement officers and other non-EMS first responders. The course covers materials found in the 16-hour TECC provider course at a level appropriate for first responders. It includes 8 hours of content, which includes interactive lectures, skill stations, and patient simulations. Low-Light Care Under Fire: Stay in the Fight
Low Light Care Under Fire & Staying in the Fight is an intense tactical medical training course designed for law enforcement, tactical medics, paramedics, and military personnel who may need to deliver lifesaving care in low-light, high-threat environments. Participants will learn to rapidly assess and treat life-threatening injuries while operating under direct threat conditions with limited visibility. Training focuses on hemorrhage control, self-aid, buddy-aid, casualty movement, and maintaining situational awareness while under stress. Emphasis is placed on developing the warrior mindset of “staying in the fight,” teaching students how to continue the mission and care for themselves and others even after sustaining injury. Hands-on skills and scenario-based training prepare students to perform when it matters most.
