BLS Instructor Course - AHA Description Information BLS Instructor Course - AHA AHA Basic LIfe Support (BLS) Instructor course is designed for licensed medical professionals and medical students. BLS is a CPR/AED certification that has a more scientific approach to CPR. Once certified the instructor candiate will be able to instruct: BLS - Heartsaver CPR AED - Heartsaver First Aid - Bloodborne Pathogens. All pre-requisites MUST be completed. AHA BLS Instructor Essentials, Instructor Application, Training Center Alignment, Instructor and Provider Manuals (2025).
