CPR & Safety Classes of RI was started to provide the public with basic training in CPR, choking prevention, AED use and Basic First Aid by David Lavallee, a Fire Lieutenant & EMT-C with the Providence Fire Department. David launched CPR & Safety Classes of RI to share his skills and passion in advancing the training of others to protect and save lives. During his time at the Providence Fire department David was also an EMT-B instructor at The Community College Rhode Island and to add to his qualifications in the field of CPR and Safety David has his license as a registered Nurse. We provide weekly classes for healthcare professionals and the public at our training center, or, with a minimum number of people we will teach in the convenience of your own home or business using the most current teaching techniques and modern equipment. All of our instructors are emergency care professionals and instructors with at least 10 years of experience in both areas. The classes are fun and interactive, and stress free.
